This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through bonamold.com. It covers the inquiry form, email and phone contact.
Who we are
Bona Mold Limited (铂纳有限公司), a die-casting mold manufacturer based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. For anything in this notice, contact christine_deng@bonamold.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the inquiry form: your name, company, work email, country or region, application, target press tonnage and your project details.
- If you email or call us instead: whatever you choose to send us.
- Basic technical data (such as pages visited and approximate region) if website analytics is enabled, in aggregated form.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category data. Please do not send us personal data that is not needed to quote your project.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare a mold concept, a DFM opinion and a quotation.
- To stay in touch about the project you asked about.
- To keep our own records of business correspondence.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (the checkbox on the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Who sees it
Your details are used by our sales and engineering staff. They may be processed on our behalf by the email provider and the form-handling service we use to receive submissions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics is switched on, it uses cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits in aggregate; you can block them in your browser without losing access to the site.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict processing. Write to christine_deng@bonamold.com and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

谁会看到
您的信息由我们负责销售与工程的同事使用,并可能由我们使用的邮箱服务商与表单接收服务代为处理。我们不会出售您的数据,也不会在非法定要求下提供给其他方。
保存期限
询盘记录在服务您所需及履行记录义务所需的期限内保存,之后删除或匿名化。
